New Product: HX Nitro Manager

The suspension bracket we designed for printing on products of different sizes and the ease of designing QR codes via the newly developed HX Nitro Manager feature are now available to users. Manufacturers' products can vary in size, thickness, and thinness. In these cases, coding systems usually require manual repositioning whenever the product type changes, leading to time loss and increased labor. Production lines are very fast, and stopping lines negatively impacts production costs. Thanks to the suspension system we developed for the HX Nitro Smart Coding System, printing and marking on products of different sizes is now effortless. No manual intervention is required for the coding system; its spring-loaded mechanism automatically adjusts the device to the optimal position based on the product. Another innovation we developed is the QR code and Barcode design feature added to HX Nitro Manager. Typically, such applications in coding systems are performed using external software. In the HX Nitro Smart Coding System, this process can now be easily performed via a smartphone, providing users with maximum time savings and convenience in Barcode and QR code design.
